This resistance band bar feels like a serious piece of kit! For its robustness and excellent build quality, it was a great price. Bar: very high quality, the hooks are hefty and massive and turns very smoothly. the knurlings are nicely done, could be a bit deeper. wish the bar itself was a little bit thicker and shorter, but I already have a shorter one so it’s fine for me, but definitely will use this one exclusively for awhile since this is the latest in my collection:) Board: Smaller than I like, but extremely high quality, especially for its size. It works with this long bar, because it gives extremely good tention, so bo complaints here. Resistance band: Typical layered latex resistance band. but for the pricing, its worth it because jt comes with “xtra heavy” band, which are often sold separately. overall: great kit, I would highly recommend for anyone that’s looking to expand their equipment, or a beginner looking to get started.
